Quick trip to Galveston before the school year starts. There were these cute benches lining the beach with the history of Galveston. It was hot, though. This past weekend I attended and sat on panels at the WLT Agents and Editors Conference. I loved talking to other authors and connecting with old & new friends. I often feel unqualified to speak about writing and publishing on these panels - even tho I am thinking about these topics constantly. My favorite panels are the ones where the authors confess that they don’t know what the f*ck they are doing. That’s the honesty I aim for.
